The Presence of God
“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
The summer of 2026 was a time of the manifested presence of God! Our summer meetings began in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, where we held a weekend conference on Understanding Biblical Faith. As the teaching went forth, one by one, the light bulbs went on around the room! We experienced the work of the Holy Spirit as He opened the eyes of their understanding. Through revelation of the Word, people were now able to hear and understand things, previously hidden from them, about the most important subject of faith. Spiritual eyes were opened! All were set free to correctly engage a true faith position. It was a marked moment in time for those who attended and needed this revelation. Without faith it is impossible to please God.
“But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit:
for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.”
1 Corinthians 2:10
We continued teaching on the subject of Understanding Biblical Faith during our summer ministry meetings in Vancouver, Washington. People began to come forward, the morning after the first meeting, giving testimony to how the teaching so immediately and profoundly impacted them and their circumstances. Testimonies spontaneously flowed throughout the weekend. As each meeting went forth, there was more and more a sense of something very special happening. The presence of the Holy Spirit was with us, imparting revelation and equipping the hearts of the people to receive from Him. At the culmination of the weekend, during the Sunday service, Sabrina ministered on The Lord’s Supper. This message had been given to Sabrina by the Holy Spirit by supernatural means. It was the Holy Spirit's message to the people. She delivered His message, as He stood with her to enable her, according to His will. As the ministry went forth, the presence of Holy Spirit moved among us, ministering personally to every person in attendance.
“Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me;
That by me the preaching might be fully known…”
2 Timothy 4:17
The fresh oil of the Holy Spirit was ministered to all.
We concluded with a Holy Communion Service in His presence!
To God be the glory!
The last of our summer meetings brought us back to Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The Holy Spirit spoke to us before we arrived that He wanted to have a special meeting where James would minister, through the laying on of hands, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. On Friday evening, James announced this special meeting, and several people in attendance rejoiced to hear it. Independent of each other they all spoke that the Lord told them to not miss this weekend’s meeting with James and Sabrina because it would be a glory meeting. They were expecting a move of God in the realm of glory.
When James began to minister the next morning, the glorious outpouring presence of the Holy Spirit was with us again. As he was instructed, James ministered from the book of Acts, Chapter 8, and then issued an invitation to anyone who wished to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit to come forward. James instructed them that he would lay hands on them that they might receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. People responded, but only one by one. Each person received according to what they asked for. Some received the Baptism of the Spirit with the gift of tongues manifested in the power of the Holy Ghost. Others received the Baptism by fire according to what they asked the Lord for, being slain in the Spirit with the supernatural gift of tongues in operation. Some received the oil of joy for mourning with a praise exchanged for the spirit of heaviness! The supernatural gift of tongues with interpretation was ministered to some prophetically, according to how the Holy Spirit moved on behalf of each individual. All received the fresh oil of the Holy Spirit!
One verse of scripture, a few words directed by the Holy Spirit, and the great power and manifested glory of God was with us! At the conclusion of nearly three hours of individual ministry, a spontaneous song of praise came forth to God from the people, in gratitude for all He had done.
Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
